About Me

Eclectic and Diversified Background

My background of growing up in harlem New York, taught me some lifelong lessons. First of all, I had two incredible parents that instilled the values of respect, hard work and discipline.  My neighborhood was multi-ethnic and though I went to catholic school, much of my extra-curricular activities were public school based.  I first learned about coaching when I hit a roadblock in my own life and was struggling to move past it.  My degree in Psychology, study of assertive discipline and my faith were beneficial in overcoming adversity. The techniques I developed were so successful that friends and family began asking me for help with their own challenges. This motivated me to turn my newfound passion into a full-time career. If you have any questions about my methods, or would like to schedule a consultation, please get in touch today.

Portrait of Middle Aged Woman

I have known Mr. Rhett for over 15 years.   He helped me immensely in my transition to administration.  He is very accommodating and empathetic.  As a educational leader, he has shown himself to be a supportive and concerned supervisor to the teachers directly under his supervision.   His impartiality serves him well as he nurtures and empowers teachers to grow and improve their craft.  He is a true teambuilder and over the years has organized parents, students and teachers to celebrate various educational sports initiatives.   His one to one counseling  of young and older students, teachers and parents is unrivaled in that the outcomes are always positive and productive.

Middle Aged Woman

Mr. Rhett passion for teaching, counseling and leading instructors under his care is evident as he arrives promptly and extremely prepared to handle his rigorous workload.  Mr. Rhett has a love for the profession and a sincere interest in the students he nurture and oversee.  He has a way of coming up with creative and positive ways to provide students with interesting and educationally effective ways to be successful with any given project.  He enjoys sharing best practices he has found successful in meeting the needs of struggling as well as gifted students.  I have rarely experienced a supervisor better prepared and respected by students and colleagues alike.

Portrait of Senior Woman

Mr. Rhett is responsible for  many programs.  He is the last stop for many of the most difficult children in the school and serves as a tremendous support for the teachers and staff.  Although he has constant stresses every day, I have never seen him lose his temper.  He is incredibly supportive and encouraging to staff and deeply cares for the students in the school.  I have grown tremendously under his tutelage and have come to deeply admire and respect him.  He is a leader and manager who seems to know the secret of how to get those under him to want to do their job as well as possible.

Smiling Young Man

When you first came Mr. Rhett, I thought this was just a job for you.  As I got to know you, I realized it was more than a job. First you were my friend, then my teacher.  You taught me how to trust other people.  It may not seem that I was listening, but when I had problems you were there for me and I took that for granted.  I respect yu very much.  I may not have shown it but if I did not have a father who I know loves me, you would be that man I would choose to call Dad.  I look to you as a role model.  Thank you for all you have done for me and I look forward to continue to be a better student.
